EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY

Unused merchandise purchased through vecinadesign.com can be exchanged for store credit only must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. Vecina has the right to refuse returns that are no longer able to be sold due to use or damage. 

Exchanges or Store Credit are approved after your item has been inspected, please keep in mind that returned items must be new, unused and can be sold again.

Instructions for exchanges:

  1. Email us at hello@vecinadesign.com with the following information:
    1. Order number
    2. Reason for the return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If an item does not meet our return policy requirements, we have the right to deny a return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. It is highly recommended that you get a tracking number for your return shipment.

You will receive a store credit by email or a replacement product within 10 business days of the receipt of the merchandise.


SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping:  All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Overnight & Express Shipping:  Overnight & Express shipping is available on orders placed before noon, EST, Monday-Friday.  All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
