Details! Do you want to use a fantastic sewing setup and build on your sewing skills at your own pace? Ready to try some sewing on your own and not in a lesson?
One session is for two hours and you will have access to the Vecina space, 540 Biden Street, for sewing, cutting and pressing. It is well lit and has a large window and plenty of natural light.
Your 2-hour session will provide you with a wonderful opportunity to use the same Juki machine you use in class, a 4' x 6' industrial cutting table an industrial steam iron, and all the pressing tools. I also have a self-healing mat, marking tools, and rulers available for use.
Studio time is completely self-guided, the goal is to get you sewing and practicing independently! I will not be available to help you thread your machine or wind a bobbin. But! not to worry, I will be there to assist with machine problems. This will allow you to get familiar with the machine to test it out if you are considering purchasing a machine or just drop in to do some hemming and repairs.
I have several machines and one table and one iron. When you email me to schedule a time we can discuss what you are looking to do so I won't overbook.
There is a 2 person maximum per session. No refunds are available for missed or canceled appointments. I am very flexible and will do my best to accommodate rescheduling, rescheduling is not guaranteed. A rescheduling session is valid for up to 60 days from purchase.
